If items arrive damaged refuse the delivery and Please contact us immediately. customer must provide pictures of damages to package or equipment. we will re-send a brand new replacement unit. For any other damages or equipment failure please contact us. We will request pictures of the damages. For all other returns there will be a 20% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Must be returned within 15 days of receipt.
