If you are arranging the shipping, we are a business with a loading dock in Zip Code 62703. We generally charge $50 to wrap it in Bubble Wrap and/or Cardboard and Stretch Wrap it before Strapping it to a pallet and $80 for a over sized pallet. If you would like additional protection measures, please contact us. We ship Monday thru Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm Central Standard time. Once payment is received your item will usually ship within 1-2 business days to allow for Palletizing. Our #1 goal is Customer Satisfaction so we generally insure the shipment for the value of the item, but it is IMPORTANT you understand that we are not responsible for any damages that occur during shipping. Please inspect your product once you receive it for any damage before signing for it. All freight damage claims are to be dealt with through the shipping company. Returns: We generally do not accept returns on Used Items shipped via Freight, or after they have been picked up from our facility, due to the many factors out of our control. We test everything (unless otherwise explained in the description) before it is listed and usually again before it leaves our warehouse. Our 15,000 sq. ft. showroom in Springfield, IL is open to the public and has the largest selection of Quality used equipment and small wares in Central Illinois. We also carry many brands of New equipment. We have a full service department that tests and cleans everything we sell (unless otherwise specified) and we can ship anywhere in the US. We normally have just about anything you might need for your restaurant, bar or convenience store in stock so if you don't see what you need listed here, simply contact us and we will get you taken care of. Shipping: Shipping is a Flat Rate on this item to a Commercial address. If you will need any special delivery requirements including a Residential delivery, liftgate or prior notice before delivery, please let us know immediately upon purchase so we can get that arranged. If you want to pick it up yourself, just let us know and we will re-invoice you without the shipping.
