So glad I did not get influenced by some negative reviews. This Trinity cooler is constructed and manufactured very well. I wish I could upload my photos. The packaging was very adequate to protect it in transit. I don't know how other people can claim it wasn't well-packed. There was plenty of Styrofoam and a protective design in the shipping box that protects it during transit. The attachments for the legs and the handles are not screws They are machine bolts that go into a machine-threaded nut hole that is designed into the structure of the cooler. A lot more sturdy than what some of the reviewers were claiming were loose sheet metal screws that just screw into the thin stainless steel. No sheet metal screws on mine. My cooler shows manufactured 2022/09/08. My tip, put all the machine bolts in halfway until the whole leg supports and shelf unit are together and aligned, and then tighten the legs and then the wheels. One of my legs had a powder coat burr in the threading hole or perhaps a metal manufacturing burr in the threading of the leg bolt slot. Customer service is sending out another leg and wheel without question. Refreshing to have this level of customer service. I would say don't hesitate to buy this cooler. Definitely worth the money. Looking forward to entertaining guests on the back patio. Highly recommend 1 Jan 23

I love this cooler. I purchased this cooler 2 weeks ago. I love the look the size and it was super easy to assemble. It looks very nice on my patio. We used it for the first time on a warm day about 89 degrees and there was still plenty of ice 24+ hours later. Worth the price. Just received my cooler and love the Stainless Steel look. It is well packed and assembly seems simple as long as you do the drain plug correctly. Biggest issue I have and why I am writing this review is that I want you to be aware that the drain plug is on the same side as the bottle opener and cap catcher. Almost all the pictures do NOT show this. There is only one picture that accurately shows this. ALL the other pictures are deceiving and NOT accurate. It is only a major issue because it is pretty uncommon for a drain plug to be on the "front" side of a cooler. It is a nice stainless steel plug but nevertheless want to make sure everyone is aware that 99% of the pictures are NOT accurate. 25 Dec 22
