This side panel extension allows you to use much taller CPU coolers like the Noctua NH-D15 and the be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 4. I'd estimate the maximum cooler height is 165mm. The side panel extension comes in 4 pieces which you will need to carefully snap together like a puzzle. Next, take two of the included black clips and put them in the two bottom slots on the side you'd like to install the extension. Finally, snap the side panel extension into place where it'll be held securely by the 4 clips in the case. No tools are required! The glass or mesh side panel can then be installed in the exact same way it was installed on the case itself. Four 3d printed special clips with a male and female end are pre-installed into the part. An additional two white and black clips will be included just in case.

There are three standard colors I am offering this side panel extension in: clear, white, and black. The black and white colors match their respective cases quite nicely and don't allow much if any light to shine through them. The clear color on the other hand let's RGB shine through if desired but also blends in nicely with either panel when not using RGB lighting. The clear color also has a unique look due to the internal support structure being visible in certain lighting. In addition to those three colors, if you'd like a different color you may select the custom option from the color selection dropdown. Then specify the color you'd like in your message when placing the order and we'll get in touch with you if we have any questions. Please note that custom colors will require additional processing time because we'll have to order the filament and wait for it to be delivered.
Good to know:
This product is printed using PETG which is a super strong and temperature resistant material. That being said, this side panel extension is long and thin and can snap apart if handled poorly. That being said, super glue can be used to fix almost anything on the side panel extension.
The tempered glass doesn't sit perfectly flush on the front and back of the side panel extension because the top and bottom of the panel have metal that is attached to them. If you look closely from the front or back you'll see a small gap where air/light can pass through. The mesh panel won't do this as much because it is flat unlike the glass panel where it connects to the case.
This is a 3d printed product and there are bound to be small imperfections here and there; however, I only accept high quality prints and throw away the rest. That being said, don't expect to hold the parts inches away and expect perfection.
There are no RGB lights included.
If you by chance want to install an EVGA 3080ti FTW3 with the EKWB on it. The side panel extension allows perfect clearance for the EK FLT80 pump res combo with just 1-3mm to spare.
I used to use brass threaded inserts on this side panel extension; however, in late 2022 I did a redesign so to reduce the need for metal inserts and make the installation toolless. The holes where the brass threaded inserts are still there but they'll be empty going forward.
