This warranty does not include any manufacturer responsibility for any incidental or consequential damages, resulting from the use of the cooler. If warranty applies, the manufacturer will repair or replace, at their discretion, the cooler or any part or component that is deemed defective.

Siberian Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the hands of dealers or consumers. Products repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes.

Siberian Coolers warrants to be free from manufacturers defects in material or workmanship under normal use and service for a lifetime from the date of original purchase. If warranty applies, Siberian Coolers shall either repair the product or component or provide you with a replacement product or component if it proves defective under the terms of this warranty of the original purchaser. The warranty is not transferable. Owner must present original proof of purchase to obtain warranty service. This warranty is not valid if the product or components have been:

(1) used commercially
(2) damaged through abuse, misuse or neglect
(3) damaged in an accident
(4) unreasonably used or used for any purpose for which it was not intended
(5) repaired or altered in any way from it’s original configuration
(6) damaged due to any act of nature

Normal wear and tear, including dents, slight warping, delamination, scratches, discoloration, fading, nonsticking graphics or wear to latches or skid pads is not covered under this warranty. Loss of parts or components removed from the product is not covered under the terms of this warranty. Siberian Coolers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damage resulting from any malfunction. Siberian Coolers reserves the right to change products and designs without incurring any obligations to incorporate such changes into already completed products, or those in the possession of dealers or consumers. Coolers repaired or replaced under this warranty may or may not incorporate these changes. Plastics regularly expand and contract as environmental conditions change. Slight warping of lid or components such as cutting board / divider may occur which is not covered under warranty.

ICE RETENTIONIce retention time is not warranted on any of our rotomolded coolers or soft sided cooler bag.  Ice retention time has many variables and is dependent on cooler size and color, cooler use, climate, ice quality, amount of ice, whether using block or cubed ice,  starting food and beverage temperatures, starting cooler temperature, and how often the cooler is opened.

Your original purchase receipt is your proof of warranty.

Products must be returned directly to Siberian Coolers, in its original box or adequate packaging, freight prepaid at customer’s expense. Please include a copy of original sales receipt and the return authorization number with the product.
