Rx Vega 64 8gb Graphics Card - Broken - With Morpheus Ii Cooler

This is a Saphire Vega 64 blower card that I modded to not be so loud. It has 8GB of VRAM.
I have seen videos of people repairing these things, but I have unsteady hands and don't trust myself. It is NOT working anymore, sadly. I am NOT SURE WHAT BROKE. But any machine I have put it into will not POST.
The GPU will ship to you as is, including the Morpheus II cooler and fans and necessary wires for said fans. If you could get the GPU running again, I'm sure it would treat you as well as it treated me. I didn't use it for mining or anything besides gaming.
The MORPHEUS II cooler seems to have a bend in the middle, but I noticed no damage to thermals or performance when the card was operational. The cooler came with some thermal pads and smaller heatsinks which I tried to add to key areas.
Please note the GPU with the morpheus on is dummy thicc and will likely block the PCI slot below its own when plugged into a motherboard
