NO FANS! This GPU has a passive heatsink & is designed to be used in a rackmount server. with forced airflow from a bank of server fans. If you do not have the proper fans and airflow, the video card will overheat and die. 

Dell PowerEdge servers such as the R730 & R740 require special heatsinks, fans, shrouds, cables and other accessories to provide proper airflow and cooling. Contact us for details.
