Refunds/Returns
We accept returns on all unused, uninstalled, new condition items, with a few exceptions (see below). If there is any indication of use or attempted installment, we are not able to offer a refund as we are not able to sell it. However, if you realize that you ordered the wrong part or no longer need an unused item that is in re-sellable condition, we will provide a refund upon receipt of the item. Buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return.
Please Note: There is an automatic 20% re-stock fee applied to orders through Pricetronic due to Pricetronic fees assessed on all items (including returns). Additionally, we do not warranty parts due to the frequency of errors during installation.
Exclusions: We do not accept returns on the following items: electrical parts, books, decals, or installed items. Please contact us if you have any questions about any of these items before you purchase.
Cancellations:
Pricetronic order that need to be cancelled must be done through Pricetronic's cancelation system. Please go to Purchase History to cancel. Any email request made to cancel may not be seen due to the bulk of emails we receive. We as for 24-48 hours for us to responded. By this time, your order most likely will have shipped.
Truck Freight Items:
When you the buyer, purchase a Truck Freight item from Pricetronic you are entering a legal contract to make that purchase. Any items purchased through Pricetronic using the “Buy It Now” feature and not paid for in 24 hours will cancelled and case will be filled. You, the buyer, will be responsible for any additional charges that may rise from, incorrect address, special request, customs or any additional ancillary charges. If you place an order and do not pay for it, you will be blocked as a purchaser from Pricetronic as well as our regular web site.
