Must be in original packaging, complete, uninstalled and in resalable condition. Old parts:
Returned for core deposit refund must be assembled and in original packaging.+ all fluids completely drained out of cores, diagnostic sheets filled out, returned in original Volvo box..
Electrical Items: The parts industry as a whole does not accept returns on electrical items due to the fact that they cannot be tested when returned. If you installed the part or just plugged it in, the smallest of spark can render an electrical item defect. In the interest of our future customers we do not accept electrical items back unless they are in a sealed package. We will however, review any part that is returned to us and render a judgment as to whether credit can be given. Our Error:
