Joe Camel Cooler Koozie Drink Cup Glass Holder “Smooth Character” 1991 Vintage. In great condition does have signs of normal wear. Shows cool joe smoking a cigarette with a pair of dark sunglasses on. Measured the best I could and opening is about 2.5 in circumference and about 4 in tall. Base is also about 2.5 in. Has Smooth Character printed on his collar. For it’s age in great shape no holes or chips. Made of plastic and colors show very well. No drinks included.
