JAGG Manual Oil Cooler Bypass Valve (Harley Panhead/Shovelhead) Very nice, clean condition. Original black finish still looks quite nice with minimal finish wear. Graphic and instructions are still very legible with only light fading. Knurled knob is excellent. And the valve and seals are clean. Operation is smooth with no binding. Manual operation, only .
