Welcome to Creative Sales Solutions. We are an online retailer located in Hattiesburg, MS. We specialize in electronics, but we also carry a variety of other products. Most of our products will be in “used” condition with a small amount of “new” and “open-box” items. We strive to make sure that our customers receive the best quality product by making sure each product that we send to the buyer has all of the included accessories and functions the way it is supposed to (unless otherwise stated in the listing). We do not represent the manufacture or their brands in any way.
We also have a 30-day return policy. The BUYER PAYS RETURN SHIPPING NO MATTER THE RETURN REASON
. When we receive the product back it must be in the same condition that the buyer received it in. We reserve the right to give a partial refund or no refund, as per Pricetronic policy, if the returned product is not in the same condition or if the customer sends back the wrong product. If you order a "New" product and it is not returned in "New" condition then there will be a 20% "Re-stocking" fee. This is allowed by Pricetronic to cover the cost of us now having relist the item in "Used" condition. If you return a "Used" item then it must be in the same condition that you received it in and you will receive your full refund.
*** Used products may or may not come in the original packaging. When we cannot send the product in the original packaging the product will be properly        secured in alternative packaging and it will also state it in the listing conditions.
*** Used products are not guaranteed to come with the user’s manual.
*** We DO NOT change the address of an order once the order has been placed. You can not send us a message requesting an address change.
*** You MUST cancel the order through Pricetronic. We WILL NOT cancel the order for you. When we do this we are unable to recuperate the fees that we paid to Pricetronic on the sale. Once again, you MUST request a cancel through Pricetronic and not through the messaging system.

***WE ARE A MONDAY-FRIDAY BUSINESS. As a small business we are closed on weekends and most holidays. If you order on a FRIDAY, SATURDAY, OR SUNDAY the package will be mailed out on the next BUSINESS day, which is MONDAY unless that day is a federal holiday. In that case the product will be shipped on Tuesday.
Your item may be shipped by Fed Ex, USPS, or UPS occasionally. Tracking information is sent automatically to your registered email address. PLEASE DO NOT MESSAGE US FOR SPECIAL SHIPPING COURIERS. WE SEND THROUGH THE CARRIER THAT OFFERS THE LEAST AMOUNT ON SHIPPING. IF YOU ORDER MORE THAN ONE PRODUCT AND ITS GOING TO THE SAME ADDRESS, THOSE ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED TOGETHER AND ONLY ONE TRACKING NUMBER WILL BE PROVIDED FOR ALL ORDERS.
