Products purchased through KE-Sales can be returned by following these steps: 1) Email KE-Sales to obtain Return Instructions. 2) Ship the item(s) along with any Return Forms to the proper address. 3) Upload the Return Tracking number into Pricetronic or email us the return tracking number. ***Without a tracking number, Pricetronic cannot process the refund.***
Refunds are processed within 1-3 business days after receiving the item. The refunded amount is credited back using the original payment method.

If you ship the return to the wrong address, you will be charged for the extra shipping costs to get the item(s) to the proper address. ***Important Notes***
All returns must be in the original packaging and include all pieces, bags, container, and tags. Items installed are ineligible for return.
We cannot accept returns on any special ordered items, aerosol cans, paints, service manuals, or electrical parts. All returns must be in a new condition without any defects.
For damaged items - Buyer must email us pictures of the damaged item(s), the box with the part number, and any other necessary information requested in order to complete the Return Paperwork. Items damaged from shipping require photos too.
Warranty Claims must be approved prior to starting the return process.
Customers outside the USA must email us pictures of the item(s) that you want to return prior to shipping. Restocking Fee:
The standard automotive 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns due to no fault of the seller. Core Returns:
