TamerX Diesel Products Remanufactured EGR Cooler Detroit 60 Series 2003-2007 This is a heavy duty Remanufactured EGR Cooler for a Detroit Diesel. The reman process uses a Factory OEM Cooler. The cooler is ultra-sonically cleaned. The top and bottom are removed. The cooler goes through a series of tests to insure the integrity of the core structure. The tubes are re-welded as needed. The end caps are re-welded onto the housing. Then the entire assembly is pressure tested to ensure a properly working Factory cooler.
