Swap out the motor and controller and keep your batteries, charger and throttle. .Its not that hard to do and I always answer the phone and it comes with directions and pictures. . 50 Series-It involves pulling the axle, drilling out rivets and installing rivets..You need a drill, bits and patience. .  51 Series-It involves removing the bottom plastic and drilling holes (much easier) 52 Series-It involves unbolting and bolting in the new motor (super easy) Let us know if you have the 51 or 52 series so we can set the controller up to your needs.
Its worth it in the end as the power is all you need and then if you ad our performance kit you are moving out!

1 New 24v 500 watt motor with mounting bracket and Plastic Connector
1 New Sprocket installed and ready to go
1 New HD 41-1/2 link chain which is needed on most all 50 series
1 New 24v 500 Watt Controller with mounting screws and heat shrink butt connectors (Incase you want to hardwire the motor)
Stainless socket heads,washers and lock nuts and 1 big stainless washer to shim up the motor.
8 heavy duty rivets
